Teens Arrested

Three teenagers have been arrested in connection with the burning of Flip's Uptown Grill on the Atlanta Highway last month.  Investigators say the three males, two 16 and one 17, have each been charged with arson and burglary.  The juveniles are believed to have set the fire to cover up the burglary.  They've all been placed in the Montgomery County Youth Detention Facility.  The restaurant was just weeks away from celebrating its 20th anniversary at that location when the fire occurred.  The owner tells the Montgomery Advertiser he does plan to reopen.
