Phenix City Man Faces Murder Charge

Authorities say a Phenix City man faces a murder charge in the killing of a Georgia man at an eastern Alabama nightclub.  Eufaula police said in a statement that 20-year-old Sandarius Tremain Lewis was apprehended in Phenix City and has been charged with first-degree murder.  Police say 22-year-old Devanta Deon Davis of Georgetown, Georgia, was shot to death early Sunday morning at the Jazzy Bones club in Eufaula.  Police say they received several 911 calls indicating that someone had been shot inside the club.
