Police have released the name of the victim in a Wednesday homicide. Investigators say 22-year-old Demetrius Kelly of Montgomery was found shot to death in the 100 block of Kiwanis Street at around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. No arrests have been made. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation. Police are asking for anyone with information on the incident to call them at 625-2831, the Secret Witness line, which is 262-4000, or Crimestoppers at 215-STOP.
