Another Round of Severe Weather is Possible Wednesday

A round of severe weather through the South left people dead in Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina Sunday and Monday. Alabama sustained damage in several counties, particularly in Crenshaw County. Power outages affected around 27-thousand people in Central Alabama at one point yesterday. Recovery efforts have barely begun and now weather experts are warning of another potential severe weather threat tomorrow. A frontal system is expected to create an environment ripe for disturbed weather. The forecast says the severe weather could take the form of strong winds, large hail or tornadoes. Several waves of storms are possible starting after midnight and lasting through Wednesday night.
