Two men are behind bars today in connection with Monday's fatal shooting of 36-year-old Clem Hill of Montgomery.  Montgomery Police Detectives have charged 34-year-old Ryshawn London and 27-year-old George Cole, both of Montgomery, with one count each of murder.  Hill was shot to death Monday afternoon outside a Liberty gas station on West Edgemont Avenue.  Authorities said the shooting stemmed from an argument and ongoing dispute between the victim and the two suspects.  London and Cole were placed in the Montgomery County Jail.  Bond was set at $75,000. 

Still Crossroads 'Shine

A liquor that was once considered illegal soon will be placed on shelves at Alabama ABC stores statewide.  High Ridge Spirits, the state's only licensed distillery, has delivered 37 cases of its Still Crossroads 'Shine to the ABC warehouse in Montgomery.  Founder Jamie Ray said the moonshine will make its public debut Wednesday at the Railyard Brewing Company in downtown Montgomery.  High Ridge Spirits is based in Bullock County. 

Legionnaires' Disease

Alabama health officials have confirmed 15 cases of Legionnaires' disease in Florence, and positive cultures for Legionella bacteria have been found in three cooling towers in the northwest Alabama city.  A health official, Dr. Karen Landers, said Monday the 15 confirmed cases include one death.
