Two jalled in Montgomery party slaying
Montgomery, AL – - Two Montgomery teenagers have been
charged with murder for a fatal shooting that occurred at a private
party in Montgomery.
Police said Neco Bailey and Sam Giles were charged Thursday.
Both are 18.
Police said two teenagers were turned away from a private party
early Wednesday morning. They got a gun and one of them started
shooting into the party. The shots killed 17-year-old Marcus
Alloway of Montgomery and wounded five others, including a security
Police Chief Art Baylor said it appears Alloway was killed when
he stopped to help a 16-year-old girl who had been shot.
