Turner Funeral Plans

Funeral arrangements have now been set for Pastor James A. Turner Jr.  who passed away Sunday following a sudden illness.  Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Freewill Missionary Baptist Church.  A graveside service follows at the Madison Cemetery at Hunter Station.  Rev. Turner was a former chaplain at Alabama State University for the football team.  He was the Founder and Senior pastor at Victory Through Faith Worship Center in Montgomery.  He also provided the "Words of Inspiration" segment on WVAS for more than six years.
