Centreville,Alabama – The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting that a second tremor occurred in Bibb County. Around 12:20 a.m. Wednesday, an event that registered 2.9 on the Richter Scale occurred.
Tuesday, an earthquake registering 3.8 shook Bib County in an area centered about 4 miles north of Centreville. Officials say the depth of the earthquake was about 3.1 miles.
No injuries or damage from either event have been reported.
