P4 Partnership Agreement

Montgomery Mayor Todd Strange and Prattville Mayor Bill Gillespie joined leadership from Maxwell to sign a P4 Partnership, or public-public and public-private partnerships Tuesday at City Hall.  The Air Force's P4 partnership allows Maxwell to work directly with the community to create mutually benefiting arrangements.  The city also recognized and said farewell to commander Col. Andrea Tullos, for her service to Montgomery.  Tullos was recently promoted and is scheduled to leave her post as commander of the 42nd Air Base Wing at Maxwell in July.
