Montgomery Police Charge Man in Sunday Homicide

   A Montgomery man has been charged with murder in a weekend shooting death. Police say they took 38 year old Frank Pollard Jr. into custody yesterday. He is alleged to have fatally shot 23 year old Deunte Rogers early Sunday morning in the 500 block of East South Boulevard. Investigators have determined that an argument between the two men led to the incident. Pollard was placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under a 150-thousand dollar bond.
