Montgomery Arrest Video Goes Viral

Montgomery Police Chief Earnest Finley says he has forwarded footage of a recent arrest by two policemen to the Office of City investigations because of concerns with some of the officers' actions.  The video, recently posted on Facebook, has generated more than 400 thousand views.  It shows two officers, one white and black arresting a black man and woman in a parking lot Wednesday.  The arrests were related to a child custody and domestic matter.  Chief Finley says the police had probable cause to make the arrest but he wants to ensure that proper procedures are sued when taking suspects into custody.  Witnesses in the video can be heard screaming that the man was being harmed into the police car.  The altercation is unclear from the video.  Police say there were no injuries during the incident.
