Montgomery, Alabama – The men who would be mayor of Montgomery will be busy with two different debates scheduled for tonight.
One mayoral debate is scheduled to be held at the McIntyre Community Center from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Another debate is scheduled at Flowers Hall at Huntingdon College tonight beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Looking ahead to Thursday night, a debate is scheduled at First Baptist Church in downtown Montgomery from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Candidates vying for the position include: Michael Briddell, Willie Cook, Jon Dow, Jay King, Scott Simmons and Todd Strange. The Mayoral election will be held March 10,2009.
