Man Faces Murder Charge in Montgomery

A 26-year-old Montgomery man is now facing a murder charge after the victim he allegedly beat two weeks ago died over the weekend.  Richard Wilson was arrested by U.S. Marshals Monday and taken to the Montgomery County Detention Facility.  MPD and Fire Medics were called to the 2300 block of Nettie Circle on reports of a subject down during on January 8th.  Officials say they found  36-year-old Johnny Waits in life-threatening condition; he later died.  Wilson is being held on a $150,000 bond.
