IMPAC HOSTING THEIR FIRST EVENT FOR 2012!

Improving Montgomery Political Action Committee (IMPAC) is hosting their first community mass meeting at the Community Congregational Church on S. Court Street @ 6p.m. The meeting is open to the public,and  IMPAC officially announced its formation on May 28th. The organization is made up of lawmakers, law enforcement officials and community members.

Alabama State University Alumni Duncan Kirkwood is one of the organizers for IMPAC.  The goal of the meeting is to strengthen families in the community. Duncan Kirkwood says, "We created this initiative because we want to strengthen families. We want to build stronger families and get fathers back in the home."
