Heart Problem Linked to Teen's Death

A coroner says a 13-year-old who collapsed at her school's field day died of a heart problem.  St. Clair County Coroner Dennis Russell says natural causes are to blame for the death of Maddison Wentworth of Pell City.  The sixth grader was playing tug-of-war with other students during field day at Williams Intermediate School when she collapsed on May 19th.  School nurses and paramedics tried to revive the girl, but she was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
