Gun fire claims teen

Selma, AL – Selma police are investigating a weekend shooting that left a 16-year old boy dead. Authorities said Rahemeen Garner died Saturday from a gunshot wound to the chest. Police said Garner was shot by another teenager late Friday night. A 17-year old male was arrested and faces a murder charge. Officials declined to identify the suspected gunman because of his age. But Selma Police Chief William T. Riley said its likely the juvenile will be charged as an adult.
