A Montgomery man will serve life in prison without parole following his conviction in a capital murder case.  District Attorney Daryl Bailey said a circuit jury returned a guilty verdict Thursday against 28-year-old Enrico Cornley.  The DA said Cronley was convicted of killing 19-year-old Roy Buskey in November 2013 at his Virginia Downs residence.  Testimony showed the victim was shot in the chest in an argument over a cell phone.  Jurors rejected Cornley's claim of self-defense and that he is mentally impaired.
