Gov. Robert Bentley hasn't ruled out the possibility of a special legislative session over Medicaid funding and other issues, but says legislators need some vacation time before he makes that decision. Bentley on Wednesday said he would decide on a special session in the "next couples of months." The governor says Medicaid funding is short $85 million, at a "minimum." Bentley's remarks come just days before House Speaker Mike Hubbard's ethics trial jury selection is scheduled to begin.
