Fraternity gives back

Montgomery, AL – The Montgomery chapter of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity brought an early Christmas celebration to more than 80 underprivileged children Saturday as part of their mission to uplift their community. The festivities at the Omega Center on South Court street included a visit from Santa, a large table of food and more than 200 toys packed under a large tree. Sam Jeter, who pledged in 1975, said the annual event is a great time for them to get together as members and give back to the less fortunate.
