Domestic Violence Is A Constant Threat

Montgomery, Alabama – A Montgomery man is hospitalized and his two sisters are dead following a shooting last week which police believe was sparked by domestic violence.

Family Sunshine Center spokeswoman Melanie Beasley says last week's event evidences the tragedy that is domestic violence.

The Family Sunshine Center reports that each year more than 1,200 women in the United States are murdered by their intimate partners.
