Deatsville Woman Charged with Manslaughter in Accident

   A fatal accident that occurred last week has resulted in the arrest of a Deatsville woman. State Troopers say an SUV driving through a construction zone on Autauga County Road 85 last Thursday fatally struck a worker on the site. The driver of that SUV, identified as 35 year old Kelly Nicole Dingler, has now been charged with manslaughter and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Authorities say Dingler was placed in the Autauga County Jail under 15-thousand dollars bond.
