Montgomery, Alabama – Montgomery Police say robbery appears to be the motive in the murder committed last week outside a downtown motel.
Charged with capital murder are 18 year old Jerome Adams, 21 year old Sebastian Fitzpatrick, and three 19 year olds, Jalisa Williams, Latahdrick Perkins, and Nayman Gilchrist.
They're accused of killing 39 year old Demetrius Miller during the commission of a robbery outside the Town plaza Motel on Madison Avenue early Tuesday morning.
Montgomery Police will NOT identify the trigger-man in the fatal shooting saying that all suspects face capital murder charges because they were all involved in the planning and execution of the crime.
